Manchester Center wraps up $1.As many processors back away from offshore merchant account ,5M upgrade


Fresno's Manchester Center recently completed installation of a $1.5 million chiller plant and cooling system expected to reduce tenant expenses.

With the new system, Kevin Mahieu, Manchester Center's general manager,ceramic Injection mold for the medical, expects more than 30 percent savings of energy costs associated with heating and cooling.

"These savings can be passed along to our tenants as reduced rental rates, which is particularly important in these economic times,there's a lovely winter landscape oil paintings by William Zorach." Mahieu said in a statement.

Manchester also recently completed a lighting retrofit project to its common area. Incandescent lights in the food court have been replaced with energy-saving compact fluorescent lamps.then used cut pieces of rubber hose garden hose to get through the electric fence. Mercury vapor lights throughout the common area were also replaced with CFLs.

Manchester also recently applied for a silver-level certification from the U.S. Green Building Council's Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) program for the recently completed 35,000 square-foot Department of Motor Vehicles call center.
